Delivery / Returns Policy

As soon as payment has been made, the item will be despatched to the customer within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns are accepted for any reason within the 14 day guarantee period (this period begins on the date on the invoice) or within 7 working days of receiving goods. Customers returning goods are advised to use registered post or recorded delivery as we cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit.

Customers are requested to e-mail us at with your details (name, address, date on invoice, invoice number, item received, item wanted) before returning the item. Returns can then be sent to:

Please note we will not refund returns postage and packing charges except when the customer has received an unordered item, an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item. Refunds are normally processed within a week of receipt of the returned item.

We will do our best to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested but our only obligation will be to refund purchase costs. Any replacement item dispatched to a customer claiming non-arrival will be sent via trackable mail to ensure delivery.

The above refunds terms and conditions do not affect the customers statutory rights.
